Just bring yourself, a topic you'd like to work on, and a willingness to explore your emotions and connect with your body.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel an appointment, ideally, I'd like to be notified at least 24 hours prior to our session. But life happens. There's no penalty if you have to cancel at the last minute. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through Calendly.
